Registration and fellowship will begin at 5:30 pm and a BBQ Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. The Muster Ceremony will follow after the meal is served. The Muster Speaker for this year is Doug Ferrata ’67.
Club membership dues of $25.00 per family will be collected as well as donations for scholarships for incoming freshmen. The meal cost is $12.00 per person aged 12 years and older, $5.00 for children aged five through 11 years, and children under five are no cost.
A BBQ dinner will be provided along with beans, potato salad, onions, pickles, and dessert. The drinks that will be served are bottled water and beer. Those who are planning to attend are asked to RSVP by April 17th so that we can prepare enough food.

If you would like to fund a full scholarship in someone's name, the cost is $750.
Scholarship donations of any amount are accepted and are tax-deductible.
The Gillespie County A&M Club provides scholarships to students who are attending school in Gillespie County or home-schooled in Gillespie County and will be attending Texas A&M in the fall. The students must apply for the scholarship and be accepted. The amount is based on total donations but usually is at least $750 each, sometimes higher.
This includes Texas A&M Main Campus, Texas A&M - Galveston, and Texas A&M - Qatar.
The Gillespie County A&M Club Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)(3) charity.

2023 Official Application for the Gillespie County A&M Club Scholastic Scholarship & Requirements - 2023 Deadline Has Passed
This application is for graduating high school seniors in Gillespie County, Texas who are accepted as a student at Texas A&M University in College Station, Galveston, or Qatar in the fall of 2023. NOTE: Applicants must attend school in Gillespie County to be eligible to receive this scholarship. If you attend high school outside of Gillespie County, then you are not eligible for the Gillespie County A&M Club Scholarship application.
Scholarship Deadline: March 15th, 2023
This scholarship application will be submitted electronically. Applicants will also be required to mail the following materials to the Gillespie County A&M Club Scholarship Committee postmarked by March 15th, 2022 to:

- A resume of high school activities - such as community service, accomplishments, awards, etc...
- A copy of your official SAT/ACT scores
- A copy of your acceptance letter from Texas A&M
